Today was the first of a two day meeting on "Crypto Policies" with a variety of speakers from academia, civil society, the police and other agencies. Today you have a night shot of the new architecture in Rogierplein. Last time I was here (and indeed, everytime for the last four years it seems) it has been a building site. Now it seems finished.
