I escaped.

Managed to get out for a couple of hours today, all arrangements to do so went well.
My friend and I went to a local village pub for something to eat. Not easy now that I'm on this fruit, veg and raw food diet but they did a lovely Winter berries salad and they did green tea. My friend tried the green tea with the flavour of Bakewell Tart and really liked it.

Afterwards we had time to go for a walk as I've not really been out since last October and I know I need to start taking more exercise to oxygenate my body. It was during the walk that I took this blip among others. For once it was a case of being spoiled for choice on what to take and what to choose instead of struggling to find something around the house and garden.

Did a Ph test this afternoon and I was more alkaline which is wonderful.
Must keep up all that I'm doing right.
