Guilty pleasures - poutin

I have to say, I've been waiting pretty much 10 years to taste this. Last time I was here, everyone was telling me to try the poutine, which is to all intents and purposes, chips curds and gravy. Unfortunately, 10 years ago, I suspect that the number of vegetarians was pretty low, but the world has changed and now there is vege gravy to be had, so I managed to taste this. I seem to recall opting for a small, but by the same token, I seem to recall struggling to walk home and not trying out a milshake afterwards ....

It was however, delicious, but a bit of a once in a while event!
