Croydon

Croydon is being regenerated. It's a strange time. There is abject poverty here now. People living in shop doorways. There are also hundreds of sparkly apartments for the up and coming.

One of the buildings on the right here is an art deco building. It has seen the depression and the war. I hope it survives the next decade. It's one of my favourite buildings here and is up for sale.

I expect this photo will look very dated in 5-10 years.
