A very hot evening tonight and probably another night of restless sleep. Marie went to see the Surgeon today as she has be having a few issues as of late, so another trip into Hospital after our Holiday to make sure everything is OK. Interesting note is you can have some reactions to the Radiation and this can happen a few years post treatment. Fingers Crossed it will all be OK. A run of 7k in the Heat tonight with Run Timaru and in my New Balance 880 a new shoe and very comfortable. Lots of fun at the Bay tonight.
