I love seeing what is inside things, how things work. Can you guess what this was?

It was my MP3 player. It finally gave up the ghost. It did get a good run of it but it gave it's last gasp at the weekend and represented a spare blip for when Mrs TFP was using the camera. Instead of carefully peeling back the components, I decided on a good bit of throwing against walls.
