Dancing, work, dancing. That has to be a good day!

Nipped into the library (which is an excellent one) around 4pm - street lights on, but not dark yet.

Note the stone balls. 
When I first visited I was so impressed with this space at the front of the building. I commented to C, 'This must look amazing when the fountains are on!'. 
He, (rather scathingly, I felt), informed me that the metal stud on the top of each ball was just to stop people skateboarding over them. 
Really!?!  
I'm afraid I will always approach the library with a tiny glimmer of a hope that today the fountains MIGHT be on :)
