Curtain of Stars
Despite a full day I didn't take many photos, so I've gone back to the curtain where I recently captured some homemade star trails, and instead took a still image to show just how like a field of stars it looks like.
Dom and Nikki were kind enough to provide Holly and I with a biomechanical analysis using their skills as running coach/physio. They suggested a number of small changes we could make to improve put running as well as stretches and exercises to do to that end as well. It was a lot of fun and both Holly and I are excited to put their advice into practice and see the results.
We also went to a play two friends of mine put on, one writing it the other writing the music, which was a bluegrass musical about the eccentric real life bushranger, Captain moonlite. The performance was great, such a fascinating story, done in a really engaging way, that was only heightened by the music. A good end to the weekend.
