Making It Like An Ice Rink

A challenging drive to work this morning as yesterday’s snow had melted and then frozen overnight, making it like an ice rink to drive on as our council seemed to have wiped our local roads off of their gritting maps. Pulling over to let an oncoming lorry pass at least afforded me this rather splendid rural scene.

After work I stopped at the yard and after a lovely ride on Aimee, we started the process of working Milo under saddle and after a good lunge Polly got on him and he was such a good boy after his nearly 3-month holiday, it seems that his break has done him some good.
