Butchery.

We popped into one of the butchers in Marlborough this afternoon to buy a couple of chicken quarters. "A" has a Food Technology practical exam on Friday and wanted to practise at home.

The lovely chaps were quite intrigued by what he had to do and happily showed him how to debone a chicken. He got to do one too.

I was telling them how much I missed Scottish Lorne Sausage. The chap in the picture told me that he makes it for special orders- I was beyond thrilled. I'm picking up some on Thursday.!
