For Sale

The lots across the street from our house are for sale. There is enough land included in what's available to easily set up any kind of retail business and land left over for a large parking lot. I hope I'm the only one who realizes that potential; I hope so, but I'd bet I'm wrong.
This is a mixed neighborhood (There's a gas station 4 doors down.) but I do not like the idea of a "Dollar Store" just across the street. We'll see how it goes---maybe the market will depress the chance.
