Sealing the Locks

Bingley's Five Rise Locks were closed today.   Men in hi-viz jackets were sealing them with Polyurethene Resin Grouting to prevent leaks.   Not a clue what it means but it sounds impressive.    The famous Damart building can be seen in the background.
