The Channel

It was super windy all day today. In fact we had a major power outage at the hospital and were on emergency generators for almost an hour. The city quickly restored power to the hospital but most of the other areas where powerless for 4 or more hours. Some won't even have power until midnite tonight. Fallen trees were the culprits.

I pulled over on the way to work this morning because the morning light was so golden and soft. This is a section of the river channel that many float down in the summer.
