Misty day
The alarm went off at 4.30am this morning - Farmerboy set it to go off earlier as it takes longer to milk when herd testing, and we wanted to get in for breakfast at breakfast time - not morning tea time.
The weather today has had a bit of everything thrown in. Rain, wind, very cold air, sun, warmth and on it goes. I spent the morning inside doing the farm accounts and GST, and I must admit it was nice and warm with the fire going.
This afternoon I went for a tour of the farm when it wasn't raining - although it started raining again before I returned home. This picture was taken up the hill and shows our cows grazing and a bit of our township. The farm land in the distance is Four River Plain, and beyond that are the Lyell ranges, heading towards the West Coast.
