Landscape Whatever the Weather

Super day today listening to Tony Worobiecs (he said it sounds a bit like 'worry beads') talk about photographing the landscape in all weathers. Great presenter (he's done it a few times) and very inspiring. In the afternoon he talked about Night time and low light photography. I went to Wokingham for this where the Thames Valley section of the Digital Imaging Group (RPS) hold monthly meetings. I plan to go to lots more meetings.
I sat next to a chap where I'd been judging at his club - when I asked how I'd got on, he said fine - I gave him a 20 apparently. I saw several others there that I knew so it was quite sociable.
Grey sky today... Rain and snow... So I did as advised... When the sky is bland... use it as a canvas for placing other things.
This was a tree in the grounds of Morrison's supermarket where we had to park for the talk (hall close by)..... Call it improvisation!
