Jake's birthday bash

One of the live bands at Jake's birthday bash (21st) coupled with the launch of a new charity for youngsters like him who need the support of a team at the RVI hospital that help them to Breathe... he has Cerebal Palsy.

Organised and launched by his parents. They will feature on the local North East news on TV this week.
