Nicely Knackered

What a great day. Weather wasn’t a spoiler for me. I swam this morning, went running in the afternoon, did my turbo this evening.
Had food cooked for me all day.
Just got out of the bath after being in there for over an hour. I was finishing watching a film on my iPad. I started it a couple of days ago.
Now I’m going to treat my feet to a good moisturiser and my body too.
A hot chocolate then bed. I’ve really enjoyed today.
