We knew he was coming so we baked a cake

With Matt arriving back from his field trip tonight, George was keen to make him a "welcome home" cake. 

We based it on a recipe called The Ultimate Chocolate Cake. But with all the added chocolate it's decorated with, I think the original version should be renamed The Penultimate Chocolate Cake. 

Matt had a fantastic time, and from his photos the place looked wonderful.
