Stairway to heaven

-4.5 on the thermometer so feeling chilly but the sunrise was too nice to stay indoors so I went out and took a few photos, beautiful colours and a beam of light shooting towards the heavens.
The day then turned cloudy and a few snow/sleet showers through out the day, temperature now up to 1.5.Sounds like a thaw is on the way.
