Be careful what you wish for......

Thanks for all the comments on my hat blip yesterday. A few people suggested I did a selfie wearing it so with apologies to those who didn't request it and commiserations to those who would have preferred I'd not, here I am complete with hat, in glorious Technicolour.

I enrolled the services of my lovely assistant, W, to take the shot. In view of the snow she stood in the kitchen to take it through the doorway. The snow turned to rain this afternoon and it is still raining, so apart from nipping out to fill the coal scuttle, this is as far outside as I got today.
