Energy

We went to the Science Centre this afternoon. Dad got a science passport, so now he can go whenever he wants too! We watched a show called Fantastic Forces. The presenters explained all about gravity and Newton's laws of motion using a hammer, a feather, bricks, balloons, a potato (which ended up getting shot out of a big gun!), a rocket and a plastic bottle filled with hydrogen. I absolutely loved it. The Science Centre was very busy today, much more than usual when Mum and I go. That's because it's school holidays. As well as learning about forces, I also played around with energy with this plasma ball. When we got home, Mum and I made scones and I did very well playing at word games with Dad.
