Blast from the past ....

... we have been so busy this last week clearing two rooms to have new carpets.   Goodness me, what a task, I'm exhausted and still a lot more to do.   I have so much "stuff" and found a carrier bag with some props I used when we entered a WI competition at the County Show.  It was to depict a show and we chose the Phantom of the Opera and believe we came second.   Our lovely local hut was sold off some years ago; a decision made by the then Committee.     A group of us tried to stop it, but the sale went ahead.   It was such an asset to the village.   There now stands a massive house.

I'm not good at getting rid of things; wonder if this will stay or go?
