Jumping through the snow

Cooriedog was insistent on her walk today.  Her demanding barks were louder than usual and the space between them shorter.  She paid no attention to the long list of reasons why we couldn't.  So we did.
The first part was fine.  Previous dog walkers had left a channel with the foot and paw prints.  To Cooriedog it was like a bob sleigh run and she dashed up and down with great enthusiasm.
Part two presented more of challenge.  There were tracks but she insisted on going off piste.  In places she was up to her neck in the white stuff.  She couldn't walk over it, only jump forward.
She came to no harm, enjoyed a warm shower on her return, had a rub down and is currently stretched in front of the fire.
