Men at work

There is a festival in town called The Big Burns Supper and it is timed to coincide with Burns Night on 25th January where the life and work of the poet Robert Burns is celebrated.  We ended up staying to watch a free event after buying tickets for a concert next Saturday, but I am not sure what was going on here, apart from it being a work in progress of some sort.
