I'm Coming to Get You!

When I first moved into the area many moons ago, there was a wonderful home design and interiors shop nearby, which also sold little knick-knacks for room dressing.  I bought this duck on sit on my kitchen window sill, where he has been ever since, watching us with a beady eye.  Mum always complained that he was out to peck her as she did the washing up - any excuse to get out that!

Today he has his eye on a flower bud I found with a broken stem in the bouquet of flowers I bought yesterday. Together they bring a bit of brightness on this dull damp day, and silliness for Admirer's Silly Saturday challenge.
