Lone Tree

SATURDAY

I woke just after 6:00 am and looked out of the window. The sky was clear and the world was icy. I was out of the door at 7:40 am in the hope of taking some photos of the frozen wastes in the morning sun.

Unfortunately the sky had clouded over and everything was dull and grey.

I managed a 7.5 km walk skirting around Upper Greetland, Norland and Barkisland  followed by a 7.5 km run - all before breakfast at 9:30.
