It actually got a little hotter...

but not much thank goodness. Luckily the peak was around 12:30.and by 1:30 it was a balmy 35°C. Funny how much cooler it felt.
But we are also bragging about our lovely cool house - the double glazing in the extension, insulated walls and partly insulated floor (we'll get back to it one day) make a huge difference. When this pic was taken we still hadn't put the cooler on.
