Bit blowy

Today was a day...major storm this morning that killed a few people unfortunately. The damage is going to cost some I reckon. I was pretty safe indoors all day, except for the howling noise through the window frames in my classroom!
I had to leave one School at lunchtime to head for one of our primaries for a leadership course. If I’m honest, I was very pleasantly surprised and I’m looking forward to the next part in March.
On the drive home I saw so many trees down and was impressed with the speed that the emergency services deal with things here . The roads were clear and trees chopped up already. Same couldn’t be said for the train lines unfortunately, and T had a battle to make it for a plane, but she managed it!
