Faded flower

This flower has lasted over winter in the front garden but is looking a little faded.

A morning trip on this cold morning to Exeter hospital for various eye tests, all of which are ok.  Just shows how good opticians are at picking up any early signs that could cause problems later.

Out for a meal late this evening we certainly deserve it.
