An everyday Item (AT134) & Wide Wednesday Results
One of those days where I don't know where the time went ... a good job I had a look through wide Wednesday's entries early on! We're back home now so the usual sorting out to do, along with taking things we had cleared from Gill's mum's house to charity shops ... and avoiding buying anything while we were there! I made a quick repair to a fence which was damaged by the wind - annoying in that the fence is likely to be taken down at some point, just not right now! Others have suffered far worse so I can't really complain.
I went for a quick off camera flash, indoor macro for today's blip.
And so - onto Wide Wednesday. 40+ entries and as ever a wide variety of images and interpretations. I don't usually pick a winner but this week I think I would go for a 1st equal with AnnieandChris and Daring to Go.
Favourites to:
Daring to Go A different point of view and two non-powered forms of travel.
BB888 Posing a question and interesting processing.
Incredibish A good prompt to look in a different direction occasionally
RobBris50 All sorts to see and an great perspective on a ‘normal day
AnnieandChris An alternative view on city life.
Honourable Mentions to:
BobsBlips Deserves a mention just for walking up there in the heat!
Joesblips Great use of in-camera panorama (have a look at Joe’s previous day blip too).
Paola Nice Infra Red look, worth trying an alternative approach when the light is not favourable.
Majoayee Portrait orientation working in wide angle too.
Chrisphoto Contrails off to somewhere nice!
As ever, these are just my opinion - although I find hosting a blip challenge is a great way to learn from other's interpretations and use of what they found on the day. Thanks to everyone for entering, particularly if that involved dealing with less than delightful weather.
