AT 134 : Mystery

Here is my mystery abstract!   I will have to look around for the correct tag..  My husband and i are in a discussion as to what the actual purpose of this item is.  I will have to call Mom up i am sure!      
   We in the Pacific Northwest may be in shock as the SUN is OUT!!!!  We got our rain and wind around midnight to 3 am last night.  Not sure what it is supposed to do the rest of the day though we are going to go out for a walk here shortly.     Have a great Thursday every one and thanks for the stars for my shot of RED yesterday!!
