Skipton

We did a new walk, along the Leeds Liverpool canal from Gargrave to Skipton and back. As it’s still wet and wintery, we’re trying to find walks that are okay in muddy weather (I’ve been half stuck in a lot of moorland bogs over the years!) so decided on the tow path for a change.
It was about 12 miles once we’d added in a walk round the woods in Skipton too, and even though it was all flat and easy going, we got back to the car with tired legs.
