Blue Cheese and Leek Flan

A quick search around the fridge revealed some leeks left over from the ones we bought in France just over a week ago and some odds and ends of cheese accumulated over Xmas (Gorgonzola, Stilton, Blacksticks Blue). Together it was all enough to make a quick flan for supper. There was more than one type of leek involved, as some of the filling seeped out through the pastry case (!), but very tasty and satisfying nonetheless.
