Cholesterol in a Box

We are slowly getting through the cheese bought at New Year for a family supper that never happened. I say we, but I think I am doing more than my fair share of gustation. His Lordship has been counting calories a bit too obsessively lately leaving me, with the high cholesterol, to indulge. I do love cheese and having been very careful lately not to overdo my intake, I have fallen at this hurdle.

We seem to have missed much of the recent snowfall and there has been no new white stuff over the last 24hours with the existing covering melting. We haven’t even had any of the wind forecast. Come to balmy Edinburgh,the Riviera of the north -I hope I don’t speak too soon!
