Cosi Fan Tutti

Busy day today and no good pix so I made this during the intermission at the opera tonight with the iphone but didn’t get a chance to upload it.. it’s still (barely) Wednesday tho, so here goes.. couldn’t resist the guy in red sparkles outside the opera house and the leading women ( actual sisters) Dorabella and Fiordiligi, and one of the boyfriends, Guglielmo, were from a led screen in the lobby. ( no photos of the production ). A 21st C take on a 18th C Mozart story about women’s fidelity (or not). “Cosi ....translates to “Women are like that” It had a surprise ending .. for our day I suppose.... but we still enjoyed the brilliant singers who could also act... still very funny. ( and also poignant and thought provoking..)
