CHURCH LAMP

A pity it has happened, but the broken lamp standard still seems able to prop up the church in the strong winds today.

St Oswalds Church took over 50 years to build, with the earliest work dated as around 1180. It is dedicated to the Patron Saint of Fishermen North of The Humber (Northumbrian).
