Scientifically baked cup cakes

On a miserably rainy day. What better way to spend such a day than making cupcakes!
As my baking buddy is a scientist they had to be measured exactly (not my usual measuring skills!)!

Had to run to the gym before they were finished but I am looking forward to tasting them later!! Yum yum!

Think we should give up our day jobs and open a cafe!
