Feeling well enough to go back to work tomorrow.  Just need a shave and an early night.

Apologies for not getting around blips and replying.  Comments , stars and visits are appreciated. Its been very hard to get he enthusiasm for anything over the last week or two.  Hopefully that will end.

Did have a very apologetic call from pain clinic today.  I had recently received an acknowledgement letter stating I was now on the waiting list.  In response I phoned and left a message pointing out I had been on the waiting list since May last year.  Funding I am told is the problem, not enough team members to make service work. Hopefully things will progress now.
