Poached Pear

Today I made poached pears for the first time ...using to S’s horror an entire bottle of good Rioja. Tasted great but photo is awful as didn’t think to snap them till about to devour.
Haven’t been outside further than the boundary for three days. Tomorrow I must go out and find daylight!
