Blizzard

The early morning commute was rather more blustery than normal. It's great when one's all wrapped up and heading for a warm environment.
This afternoon, the blizzard continued, the ski lifts were shut and it took a little extra motivation to get out on the cross-country pistes. As always, the start was hardest and then I felt much better for it, especially when I could justify the slice of carrot cake in the café afterwards.
