Over 26km

Not me but the mad Arnie who chose 30 degrees to go for an epic walk.  He was a tad tired and a little bit ravenous by the time evening came but he was pretty pleased of his achievement.

I on the other hand only did 4,573 steps in between meetings and the drive to get there and back.  Its been a crazy day.
