Vespa

We were outside today pruning olive trees and dragging branches about so that the sheep can nibble the leaves. The sheep love nibbling, especially those things that are not always in their compound. They love nibbling saws, containers for fuel and chain oil, zips, shoelaces, clothes generally, camera bags. This is Vespa just before I blew into her nostrils. I think perhaps it tickles, it seems to make her laugh.

When they aren't busy nibbling they play head-butting and racing games with each other and I can recognise the eye-to-eye signal they give one another just before a head-jousting contest is about to begin.

Funny little woolifers :-)
