Selfie time

Really wasn’t looking forward to leaving my Mum this morning. Not only do I still have a bungled head but the weather forecast for the day looked awful. Headed out earlier than planned in order to beat the weather home.

Lots of snow over the hills and then rather a lot of wind and dazzling sunshine as I drove down the A1, but thankfully not as horrendous as it could have been.

Taking a selfie with Mum as I leave has become something of a tradition now. I’ve had a brief but lovely time and given that a couple of years ago she was very poorly it has been good to see her so fit and well.
