Vineyard & Sky, Eccles

Managed my longest walk since my accident, about two hours. I was exhausted by the time I got home. I do feel, though, that I need to keep making an effort everyday to do something. Sometimes the pain is all a bit much but I was so pleased I got out today because it was beautiful, if cold and windy.
The only other problem I'm having at the moment is a near total loss of appetite - I think it's probably the strong meds not agreeing with me but hopefully that will get better soon.
