As successful as was Knud

This afternoon Tsuken, daughter C, their respective children, and I went for a walk up over Highfield Reserve to Algies Bay, and then around the edge of the water to Southend. By that time the threatened rain was a bit more than threatening and the wind was getting up. Resulting in a change of plan from fish and chips on the beach along the Snells beach front.

On our walk Mr H (now almost 14 and growing taller as we watch; or so it seems), found a wizard staff. He used it to control the force of the waves hitting the flat rocks at the point marking the southern end of Snells Beach. (See the extra).

Only a minute and a half later, the waves showed that he could not master them. All three boys completed the walk in wet T-shirts.

We had the fish and chips; inside the beachhouse.
