Queen Annes Lace or Cow Parsley
I had a visitor all morning and shopping and the dentist this afternoon, so I needed something quick. A fast trip to the estuary and photographed this head of Queen Annes lace against a backdrop of the estuary. A wee bit of fartnarkling applied.
I love this weed. As a child we called it cow parsley. It has so many different styles of flower head on the one plant. and all are photogenic. In the extras is the original in colour. I have photographed this flower so often that I tried today for something different
