Scalloway Vikings Invade Cunningsburgh
Less wind today, but it's been cold, breezy and wintery showers at times.
It ended up another late night, with the squad boys coming round the house for drams. The squad nipped to Cunningsburgh school, and then I met up with mam for lunch. It was a lazy afternoon at home, until work in the pub after tea. Back home, and enjoying a quiet night by the fire.
Squad member Richard Bannister organised for some of the boys to head down to the nursery and sing for his boy's birthday. The bairns loved it, and even made their own torches. Being Scalloway Vikings, we're treading on the South Mainland Vikings ground, but I'm from Cunningsburgh, so hopefully ok :) Vikings L-R - Jarl Leslie Setrice, me (Steven Christie), Iain Hunter, Chris Watt, Richard Bannister, Marcus Jamieson and Mark Duncan. Taken at my old school, Cunningsburgh Primary.
