Sunshine on Bank

What a day.

The rain was torrential this morning so my walk from Euston to Holborn wasn't the nicest.  The morning wasn't without it's ups and downs and about halfway through the day I had to be over at my main office so off I toddled, only this time the sun was out.  

What a difference a few hours makes.

The afternoon went quickly and a 5 min chat with my head of department delayed my journey home somewhat.  Late home and with not a lot of opportunity for lunch I was somewhat disappointed when Steve informed me had a five guys for lunch so dinner was a small one!  

Well with all that walking (14k steps!) and a low cal day I so better lose a couple of pounds this week.
