Hot pod

If I can physically manage it, I can squash five consecutive hot pod days in this week. Today was day 2, I hated enough of it to make me think it must be doing me a lot of good.

And now I’m at the shouty chaos of waterpolo. I have done my online supermarket shopping, caught up on my emails and now my blip. I’m a little damp from all the splashing and more than a little deaf from all the shouting. A productive hour all round though.
