Day One

Day One!

First day at home after the end of an era. 

Look who's been tidying!  Now, this may look a muddle to many people, but trust me...this is MUCH better than it was.  Big oaks from little acorns grow and all that, eh?  If I can clear and tidy a couple of areas a day, I shall be on to a winner.

The extra pic is of a little convex mirror I have attached to the side of the tall fridge/freezer cupboard.  I used to have it by my desk at work so that I could see people coming up from behind - it's supposed to be good feng shui or something.  However, this shot merely illustrates that I still have a way to go with my clearing as I've obviously not started on this corner of the kitchen (in the reflection) yet (ha ha).

Final thought for the day...I started my journal on 15th January 2012 and this is day one of my new life on 15th January 2018.  Weird, or what?
